Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean, but they could use some updating, and I felt a bit disconnected having to walk quite far to my room. The service wasn't ideal, and I had an unpleasant encounter with the staff. On the plus side, the lobby looked nice, and the parking availability was decent, although it came with a charge. While the price was reasonable, I believe improvements are needed in service and room quality.
I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel with a lovely suite that offered great views and a spacious layout for my family. The front desk staff were attentive and responsive to our needs, but we encountered several issues that detracted from the experience, such as the cleanliness of the fridge and bedding. Overall, it had potential, but some maintenance and attention to detail are needed.
Overall, I found the hotel to be a good choice with clean amenities and a family-friendly suite. The access to major highways is convenient, making travel easy in Metro Toronto. However, there were a few downsides, such as the small size of the pool and an unexpected charge for breakfast that impacted my perception of the value for money.
This hotel offers a mixed experience. On the plus side, the staff is attentive, especially Grace, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and the indoor pool was a major draw for me. However, it can be quite busy, and there were a few hiccups regarding dining hours and my initial room assignment. Overall, it’s a decent choice, especially if you can overlook some of the inconveniences.
I had high hopes for my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the service left much to be desired, and the dining options were a significant letdown. Some amenities were lacking, making for a less than ideal experience overall.
